1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 7game4 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 7game4 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the 7game4 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7game4 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7game4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 7game4 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 7game4 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your 7game4 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 7game4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

7game4 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or other valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accounts that fail identity verification may be suspended or permanently closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7game4 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 7game4 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 7game4 does not charge fees on standard GCash deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals require successful identity verification before processing. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals to GCash for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 7game4 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 7game4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or additional verification procedures.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7game4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7game4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 7game4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically.

7game4 makes no guarantee that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7game4 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• 7game4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 7game4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error may be voided.
• 7game4 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of play.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward other players and live dealers at all times. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior in live chat or game environments will result in account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7game4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the 7game4 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 7game4 platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7game4 staff, customer support agents, or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7game4 platform — including but not limited to the 7game4 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7game4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7game4 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 7game4 content without prior written consent.

You may close your 7game4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to Terms

7game4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7game4 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
